Tasting note
A fresh and very fruity Weissburgunder with cool and refined aromas. Aromas of citrus, pome and ripe stone fruits. On the palate, it is slim with fine acidity and a hint of minerals. The elegant taste and the perfect balance between fruit and acidity make this Weissburgunder a real drinking pleasure.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested very selectively before they are aged in steel tanks after gentle pressing and controlled spontaneous fermentation with long contact with fine yeast.
