Tasting note
Incredibly fresh, elegant body with precise aromas of quince, honeydew melon and some almond. The light floral accents and the hints of exotic spices are indescribably finesse and delicate. The finish with a mineral character promotes a long-lasting taste.

Vinification
The grapes for this Pinot Blanc come from calcareous soils around Schweigen-Rechtenbach. After careful handpicking, gentle processing takes place. The fermentation is spontaneous and the aging takes place both in stainless steel tanks and in traditional Palatinate casks to preserve the freshness and minerality of the wine.
