About the wine
The monastery and viticulture have been a unit for the highly renowned South Tyrolean wine company Muri-Gries for centuries. In addition to the remarkable Lagrein, the stately, beautiful winery also produces excellent white wine. The Weissburgunder or South Tyrolean Terlano is aged in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels and impresses with its astonishing richness and fresh notes of exotic fruits and grapefruit.

Tasting note
Weissburgunder is one of the highest quality grape varieties in the world. The wine has a pleasant, unobtrusive aroma and is characterized by its fruity, balanced acidity in the body. It has a nice fullness with a slight shade of apple.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with smoked salmon, fried poultry and pulpo.
