Tasting note
In the glass, it appears in a clear straw yellow of medium intensity. Finesse-rich, animating scent with floral notes and notes of peach in combination with apple and pear. On the palate, it impresses with its elegant harmonious structure, fresh acidity and fine fruit, which is rounded off by slightly nutty aromas on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also very well with fish dishes and cold and hot starters. It should be drunk young.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are immediately delivered to the cellar gently pressed in pneumatic presses. The must is prepared overnight by Gravity is removed from the turbides and at a controlled temperature fermented. After fermentation until bottling, the wine matures on fine lees.
