Tasting note
Bright yellow Elegant and complex in scent, a broad blend of ripe tropical fruits, fine recutive yeast notes, subtle roasted aromas and lots of saltiness. Elegant body with beautiful enamel, complex fruiting, lots of play and liveliness with an equally balanced structure, long, salty-mineral finish.

Selective hand harvesting, reeling and light crushing, maceration time overnight, gentle pressing, natural fermentation and biological acid degradation and subsequent 12-month aging on the yeast in 500l oak barrels (50% new), bottled in December 2018
