About the wine
It's only been back at the forefront for a few years, but that's no wonder, but thanks to the courageous Daniel Wagner. After taking over his parents' winery in the 1990s, he led the winery with great passion and unwavering confidence with its excellent locations (15 ha) to the top of Rheinhessen, where the sites at the gateway to Rheinhessen Switzerland were already there 100 years ago. Year after year, Daniel Wagner and his team work out the special features of the volcanic sites more precisely - the work in the vineyard (certified organic) is exemplary! Vibrant, mineral white wines, unique and big!

Tasting note
Propene of bliss. Something so proper and soft, and simply sunshine in its peaceful light fullness, bright round, mild fruit, warm notes of honey, and oh how it stretches so unobtrusively, just there, simply beautiful. On the palate a delight, so much melting, it is so soft on the palate, the total peace, slightly sweet, the light fruit, only gently minerally supported and lifted, invigorates.

Vinification
Selective late harvest by hand. Aging in stainless steel tanks and traditional, old barrel, including oak.
