About the wine
With the biting Pinot Blanc 2017 — Weissburgunder Gipskeuper, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the German Weingut Dautel greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Württemberg countryside. Vinification
Repeated handreading. Controlled fermentation, fine yeast storage for approx. 6 months, aging in stainless steel and 20% in wooden barrels.
