Tasting note
Clear and precise with fine fruit — ripe apple, pear and some citrus. There are also floral notes and an elegant, mineral freshness. Juicy, balanced and with a nice structure on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with asparagus, fried zander, veal loin or light pasta dishes with vegetables. A pleasure even solo!
