Tasting note
Medium, brilliant straw yellow. Aromatic nose with aromas of very ripe peaches, floral and peppery-spicy notes. Dense and balanced structure on the palate, with refreshing acidity. A lot of enamel and fullness. Long-lasting aftertaste
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, fish, but also soft cheese.
Vinification
The grapes come from a 70-year-old vineyard. Small yields with lots of material and potential. The wines are stored on the lees for 9 months and are sold 6 months after bottling.
