Tasting note
Fine fruit notes of ripe plums and dark berries, rock candy and also some wild herbs, on the palate a velvety, elegant body with a flattering fruit sweetness, again lots of fruit, a touch of spicy notes, lots of melting right through to the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine meat dishes, Bündner platters, Bündner specialities.
Vinification
After gentle draining, the grapes are fermented on the mash. Fermentation is then interrupted early by cooling down to obtain a fine residual sweetness. It is aged in stainless steel tanks.
