About the wine
Crossed by H. Müller-Thurgau in Geisenheim, the variety was selected and distributed at the Wädenswil Research Institute. Thanks to today's genome analysis, it is known that it is not the Riesling x Sylvaner cross, but Riesling x Gutedel (Chasselas).

Tasting note
Brilliant yellow. Fresh bouquet of white flowers and citrus. Soft and round on the palate with a harmonious acid structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sliced veal in white wine sauce, with poached fish or with veal patties. With a young Tomme or a mild Tilsiter, he almost goes into a marriage.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
