Tasting note
Inviting notes of peaches, strawberries and red cherries. On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, with citrus fruits, macerated strawberries and spices. The palate is crisp and structured, with long-lasting acidity.
Culinary recommendation
You can't get enough of the Warwick The First Lady Rosé on its own, but the wine also tastes fantastically good with light dishes, such as a salad with arugula, mozzarella, cherries and Parma ham.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at a low sugar content and ripeness and skin contact is kept to a minimum. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the wine is bottled directly after fermentation to ensure that the freshness in the bottle is maintained.
