Tasting note
On the nose, floral and citric notes, as well as a touch of herbs that give the wine complexity. On the palate, the VV impresses with great acidity and salty notes on the finish. You immediately feel reminded of the limestone soils and the sea of the Bairrada region.
Vinification
The VV ferments in stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks and then completes its fermentation in 1000-liter barrels from the Moselle. This is also where malolactic fermentation and a maturing period of 20 months take place before the wine is bottled unfiltered.
