About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant Chasselas 2020 Vully Blanc La Désalpe AOC. You can describe nature with such words as hilly. However, the Swiss winery Morand Frères is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this chasselas with fish or an aperitif.

Tasting note
This cru is obtained from clay and mollasse-rich soils and benefits from the lake's microclimate. It is characterized by its beautiful minerality. On the nose, we recognize aromas of blackberries and apples.
