About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this powerful Nero d'Avola 2015 — Vuaria DOC Monreale. The winemaker from the Italian winery Feudo Disisa absolutely masters his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the fertile and flourishing Sicilian countryside. Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple reflections in color. In the bouquet with notes of cherry and red fruits, vanilla and toasted notes. Full, enveloping and very persistent on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Wine that goes very well with meat and game dishes
Vinification
Selected grape harvest. Maceration 10 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature (27°C). Malolactic fermentation in steel. Ageing in French oak barrels for 14 months. Aging in bottle 12 months.
