About the wine
Fabrizio and Mario Ragnedda were already aware of the potential of the Vermentino grape in the 1980s. With innovative techniques, they set new standards and quickly became one of Vermentino's leading producers. They were also the first in the world to vinify this grape variety in wooden barrels.

Tasting note
Straw yellow, on the nose, this Vermentino is intense and complex with aromas of honey, orange blossom, grapefruit, sa pompia as well as peach, ripe red apple and Mediterranean herbs. Dry on the palate with balanced acidity and pleasant density. The aftertaste is long-lasting with aromas of ripe citrus fruits.

Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks at 16 to 18°C for four weeks, then ageing for four to six months in new and used barriques.
