Tasting note
Shiny gold with green reflections. The nose with intense floral notes reminiscent of acacia and linden, paired with fruity nuances of Williams pear, fresh quince and apricot. Soft and fresh on the palate, very balanced.

Vinification
Fermentation at controlled 18°C. The wine is then aged in large vats on the fine yeast for 9 months before being pulled onto the bottle.
