About the wine
This Pinot Noir draws its strength and energy from the loamy, slate-like soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine d'Eugénie transforms it into a real treat with great sensitivity. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2019, it's this strong Pinot Noir 2016 Vosne-Romanée. Tasting note
Die Aromen des Vosne-Romanée von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon drücken viel Charakter mit einer ganz individuellen Struktur aus. Im Anschluss zeigen die fruchtigen Nuancen von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille ihren eigenen Charakter. Das bleibt im Gedächtnis: Sein elegantes Rubinrot verleiht jedem Anlass eine besondere Note. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund jede Menge Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Vosne-Romanée passt perfekt zu rotem Fleisch, Lachs und Ente. Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C.
