About the wine
Vosne-Romanée, world-famous for its Grand Crus, also produces several Premier Crus that can compete with the best. The iron-rich soil north of Nuits-Saint-Georges is ideal for growing Pinot Noir. The grapes reach maximum maturity and traditional winemaking releases the vivid scents and great fruit characters. This wine must age in the bottle to fully exploit its potential. The vineyard of “Les Petits Monts” is located on the top of the hill, which explains its name.

Tasting note
Brilliant, clear ruby red. Delicately aromatic on the nose, ripe berries, raspberries, floral and spicy notes. Soft and round tannins on the palate, delicate and elegant, harmonious and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with veal and beef.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation in open wooden fermentation stands, followed by ageing in barriques for around 10 months.
