About the wine
With the strong Pinot Noir 2014 — Vosne-Romanee AOC, you can offer your guests something very special. The slate, calcareous soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Bouchard Père et Fils knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this Pinot Noir with cheese or salmon.

Tasting note
Complex aromas of wild berries, ripe raspberries and fine undergrowth notes. Seductive and creamy on the palate, with a silky texture and fine-grained tannin. The Vosne-Romanée ends with a long-lasting, aromatic finish.
Culinary recommendation
The Vosne-Romanée goes well with aged hard cheese, boeuf bourgignon and dried meat.
Vinification
Classic mash fermentation for 15 to 18 days. This is followed by ageing for around one year in French barriques with a new wood content of 25 to 30 percent.
