About the wine
With the delicious Vosne-Romanee AC from 2012, you will positively surprise your guests. The calcareous, loamy soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Joseph Drouhin everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs.

Tasting note
The wine has an intense, bright color. On the nose, a complex bouquet of blackberry, blueberry and black currant unfolds, complemented by floral notes of peony and violet.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dishes such as coq au vin, duck à l'orange or aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and completely destemmed. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts over 2 to 3 weeks in small open containers, accompanied by regular pomacehat and pumping around.
