Tasting note
Sparkling, alcohol-free tea-based alternative Blackberry leaves are extracted in a broth of cold water and caramel malt and then marinated in a mixture of salted lemon. At the end, this batch is topped up with apple juice. The natural fermentation process has produced its own carbonic acid here. Therefore, be sure to serve well chilled and be careful when opening.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal as an aperitif or with light appetizers such as bruschetta or goat cheese. It also goes wonderfully with salads with fresh herbs or Asian dishes such as sushi or summer rolls. The fruity freshness perfectly complements light, aromatic dishes.
