Tasting note
The entry-level wine in the Clüsserath Riesling world is on such a high level that you look twice at the label to see if it really is! Wonderful, intense scent of white blossoms, peaches, some mint, yet with an enormous freshness. Amazingly rich for this class, a pleasant, soft melt, naturally balanced with juicy but by no means aggressive acidity. Long lingering fruit with a hint of ripeness. Great!

Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Weisswein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 6°-8°C.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation in classic Mosel wooden barrels (fuder barrel). The wine is then left on the lees until June.
