Tasting note
Brilliant, rich ruby red. Aromatic on the nose, complex scent of ripe berries, spicy notes, cinnamon, cloves, licorice. On the palate, strong, velvety tannins, rich structure with power and elegance.

Goes well with beef, hearty meat dishes
Vinification
Traditional winemaking in wooden fermentation stands, followed by aging in barriques for around 12 months.
