Vinification
The Volnay Vieilles Vignes from Domaine Joseph Voillot is a Pinot Noir with depth. The vines from which it is pressed are often over half a century old. Although they produce fewer grapes, they are all the more intensive — a gift of complexity and character. In the glass, the Volnay is elegant and finely woven: red fruit, a touch of earth, everything in perfect balance. Traditional vinification and careful aging in French oak give the wine structure and a fine spiciness. A burgundy with a quiet size — and potential for many years.
