Tasting note
Colour: bright ruby red. Aroma: Aromatic on the nose with notes of ripe fruit, rounded off by subtle vanilla and roasted aromas. Character: Round, concentrated and rich on the palate with wonderful fruit components. Aromatic right through to the end.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with meat dishes, pizza, pasta or simply for a cozy get-together.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, later aged and aged over several months to perfection.
