Tasting note
Very intense nose with beautiful aromas of red fruits, especially plums, and notes of vanilla and a hint of coffee. Fresh on the palate, with soft tannins and a particularly long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is slightly chilled 15°-18°C.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with selected yeasts for 7 days. This is followed by a 10-day maceration phase. The young wine matures for 6 months in oak barrels.
