Tasting note
Light straw yellow. Fresh aromas of citrus, peach and pear, as well as floral notes of jasmine and chamomile flowers. A whiff of dried grass and flint can tickle your nose. Fresh and aromatic on the palate, with a soft texture and surprising length on the finish.

Goes well with aperitif, fish, sushi.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks and then aged on fine yeast for five months.
