About the wine
Paolo Vodopivec, a member of the viniveri Group, is a first-time natural winemaker. Not 25 years old, he already knew exactly where his journey was going in the mid-90s. His cellar, built for eternity and carved deep into the hard karst, also bears witness to this: two large circles, one forming an eight, in one the amphorae, in the other the 30-hl barrels. Even his first vintages of Vitovska caused an international sensation and Paolo has dedicated himself only to the White Queen of Karst from then on.

Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Entrappt und 6 Monate in Amphoren die im Karst vergraben sind auf den Schalen vergoren und ausgebaut. Dann abgezogen und auf dem Feingeläger für weitere 24 Monate in 30hl fassenden Botti aus slawonischer Eiche ausgebaut. Unfiltriert und nicht geschönt. Minimale Schwefelgabe von 10mg.
