About the wine
The Vitovska grape variety is considered the queen of karst viticulture. On the nose, aromatic herbs, sage and saffron, floral, a typical minerality and subtle fruit. Pleasantly balsamic on the palate, slightly tart, honey aromas, salty, fresh and elegantly structured. It goes best with seafood.
