About the wine
With the snappy Sangiovese — Vito Arturo IGT, nuances and accents are redefined. The fertile and blooming Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Fattoria Le Fonti conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
The grapes for Vito Arturo come from a single vineyard which is planted with the oldest Sangiovese vines. The grapes are harvested manually and the grapes are strictly selected. After vinification, the wine ages in French barriques for around 18 months. In the glass, the Vito Arturo is ruby red with garnet reflections. The inviting bouquet is characterized by ripe fruit notes. Pleasant vanilla aromas and a subtle spiciness complement the fragrance palette. Extremely rich and smooth on the palate, with round tannins, the harmonious finale is also convincing.

Vinification
The maceration takes around 15 days, after which the wine matures for 18 months in new French barriques. After bottling, the wine is left in the bottle for another year before being released for sale.
