Tasting note
I am made from high-quality Pinot Grigio, a type of grape that is good for de-alcoholization. My intense bouquet combines tropical fruits such as passion fruit and lychee with citrus notes. On the palate, I am perfectly balanced, supple and refreshing.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, or with light dishes such as seafood, soft cheese or crunchy fresh salads.
Vinification
Pinot grigio is dealcoholized using vacuum distillation. With this method, it is possible to remove the alcohol at a temperature of 20°C, while maintaining my freshness and varietal characteristics.
