Tasting note
Color: Intense ruby red. Aroma: Pleasant fruity aroma of blackberries and elderflowers on the nose. Character: Fruity on the palate, a rather light wine with a nice aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roasts, stews, antipasti, wild terrines, barbecues, red meat and game.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging in small and large wooden barrels for 20 months.
