About the wine
1991 marks the beginning of the success story of Badet-Clément and Les Jamelles in Languedoc-Roussillon: This year, the Burgundian couple Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, trained in the New World, began to produce their Les Jamelles line, which is primarily based on single-variety wines. Badet-Clément is now one of the most successful French export wineries, whose originality and quality are recognized by the international trade press and whose Les Jamelles wines are regularly honored at competitions.

Tasting note
An extremely harmonious, fruity, fresh, balanced white wine. Its quite strong, complex bouquet is dominated by mango notes, followed by some peach and a hint of vanilla. After a slight initial sweetness, it is soft and supple; the fruit and vanilla notes are also precise here.

A few words about vinification: Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at temperatures of 15 to 18 °C to extract as much fruit and freshness as possible.
