About the wine
With this subtle white wine 2017 — Viognier Tamboerskloof, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Fertile and sunny landscapes of the coastal region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the South African winery Kleinood conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this viognier with roasted poultry with lemon sauce or potatoes.

Tasting note
Its attractive golden yellow ensures a good mood at the table. You won't find this color in any color catalog. The aromas of honey and roses express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of mandarin, peach and mango reveal their own character. Medium-bodied and mild acidity result in the white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.

Our recommendation: Enjoy this white wine at a slightly chilled 12°-14°C. The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: 2015 - 2018. Flaschenpost team is recommended with potatoes, fondue and roasted poultry in lemon sauce.
