About the wine
We have a special, mild white wine from 2014 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine de Triennes absolutely masters his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the enchanting and graceful countryside of Provence. Tasting note
The Domaine has succeeded in making a juicy wine with a full nose of apricot and explosive honeysuckle and honey aromas. It is a wine of great energy and intensity, combined with a perfect balance of fullness, acidity and minerality. A prime example of a Viognier.

Vinification
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Biological acid degradation is carried out in part of the wine, and not in the other part, in order to maintain optimal freshness. The wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel.
