About the wine
Aromatic viognier with notes of apricot, peach and floral nuances. Full-bodied and soft on the palate, with fine spiciness, harmonious acidity and an elegant, persistent finish. Expressive and balanced.

The Viognier Les Pyramides is grown in Cothey. Beautiful southern hillside location. Slate soil covered with moraine deposits. Aromatic nose. Notes of peach and citrus. Full-bodied and generous on the palate with a well-rounded acidity. The finish is long-lasting and warm.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish, saltwater fish, risotto, crustaceans, hors d'oeuvres and aperitif.
Vinification
Classic vinification in stainless steel tanks. No biological acid degradation in warmer years.
