About the wine
With the mild white wine 2013 — Viognier du Pays d'Oc "Laurus", you can offer your guests something very special. The winemaker from the French winery Maison Gabriel Meffre greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This viognier is ideal to serve with roasted poultry with lemon sauce or fondue.

Tasting note
Color: pale yellow with golden reflections. Aroma: On the nose, strong aromas of yellow fruits and fine floral notes. Character: On the palate, rich notes of mirabelles and linden blossoms, lots of melting and well-integrated wood aromas. Very long, refreshing and warm aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mussels and crustaceans, fish dishes, white meat and much more.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging on fine lees for 4 months and a further 8 months in oak barriques.
