About the wine
This wine is made exclusively from the Art Den Hoed vineyard in the lower Yakima Valley. This location is unique as it is located at an altitude of 397 meters, making it one of the cooler vineyards in the area with excellent air circulation. We get the wine from two Viognier blocks, the older one planted in 2000 and the younger in 2006.

Tasting note
Pineapples, citrus and honey are the first things you notice. Followed by apricot, peach, cherry blossoms and a slightly salty finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetables, seafood.
Vinification
The species matures in wooden barrels for six months.
