Vinification
A natural wine full of character, created from eight rare and classic grape varieties that are rooted in mineral, morainic slate soils: Bia, Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier, Verdesse, Roussette, Aligoté and Joubertin. The grapes are pressed directly and gently aged in demi-muid — for structure, depth and quiet oxidation notes. Complex and original.
