With this powerful Canaiolo 2015 — Vino Nobile Montepulciano DOCG, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Blooming and fertile landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Poderi Boscarelli conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
The Vino Nobile has an intense purple red with light garnet shimmers. Very fruity bouquet with aromas of red berries, currants, cherries and light coffee and spicy notes. Juicy, robust wine of great elegance and crisp freshness.

Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 7 days at a temperature of between 28 and 30 °C. The aging takes place in 350 to 2000 liter Slovenian or French oak barrels for 18 to 24 months.
