Tasting note
Ruby red, rich and complex on the nose, with earthy and floral notes typical of the variety, which harmonize perfectly with hints of leather, underforest and licorice, very elegant and dense on the palate, with a strong finish.

Vinification
Manual harvesting takes place in the first half of October. The alcoholic fermentation takes between 20-25 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel and wood. Ageing for 3 years in new and 2-year-old tonneaux (large wooden barrels)
