About the wine
Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Caterina Dei conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the snappy Sangiovese 2012 — Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Bossona Riserva, nuances and accents are redefined. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Sangiovese with pizza or lamb.

Tasting note
The Vino Nobile Riserva Bossona, an expression of the best location, is a wine with a complex structure, elegant and balanced. Ruby red in color, almost garnet in color, intense with violet and wood aromas, it shows a fine character with distinct, velvety tannins and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with elaborate meat dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C, maceration time: 28 days. Aging 36 months in 7.5 hl tonneaux 12 months aging in bottles.
