Tasting note
Cherry red color with burgundy reflections in the glass. Fruity on the nose, with spicy, toasted and balsamic nuances. On the palate, with a strong but pleasant tannin structure. Expressive and fruity, with fine toasted notes and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at slightly chilled 15°-18°C.
Vinification
Fermentation for 15 days at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques and a further 12 months in bottle.
