About the wine
Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Shiraz 2017 — Vinho Tinto Reserva Alentejano IG! Sunny and picturesque Alentejo landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Pousio conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this shiraz with barbecues or roasted vegetables.
Tasting note
Aromas of blackberry, plum, cherry as well as distinct aspects of dried fruits, some vanilla and clove inspire this ruby red wine with soft tannins, lovely freshness and a very smooth, full-bodied and wonderfully balanced body. A rich, fruity and long-lasting treat.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef with light sauces and lamb with dark sauces.
