About the wine
Quinta de S. Sebastião has been a historic winery since 1755. Under the leadership of winemaker Filipe Sevinate Pinto, the company made a fresh start in 2011 with the first harvest in 2012. Its 35-hectare vineyards in the thousand-year-old wine region of Arruda dos Vinhos are known for the quality and richness of its crops. A hard-working and passionate population adds the know-how that enables this region to produce world-class wines.

Tasting note
The playful scent spectrum of blackberry, bread and jam shows a complex aroma structure and lots of finesse. The dominant nuances of blackcurrant and chocolate shape their individual texture. Medium-bodied and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, in harmony with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a great deal of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with bacalau.
