Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The ideal enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: Now until 2021.
Vinification
First fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Then in French oak barrels. The maturation takes place later in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
