Tasting note
Intense straw yellow color. Aromas of pears, citrus fruits and pleasant toasted notes. Elegant and very balanced on the palate with a nice structure and good length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with marine fish, seafood, poultry, French cuisine.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. It is then aged in the same barrels for 9 months. Through constant and careful batonnage, the yeast is stirred up and the wine regains its fat and structure.
