Tasting note
A top white wine from the Vinattieri winery in Ligornetto, with an intense and brilliant straw-yellow color in the glass. The boquet is intoxicated by exotic aromas such as papaya, ripe peaches and pineapples. On the palate, it is lively and full-bodied, salty and mineral. A beautifully structured wine that becomes very complex after a few years of bottle storage. A wine that surprises.

Goes well with vegetarian dishes, antipasti, sea fish, asparagus dishes
Vinification
Vinattieri Bianco is fermented both in stainless steel tanks and in barriques and wooden barrels. This is followed by aging in barriques for around 10 months.
