Tasting note
Dark purple, ripe, red and black berries on the nose, flower blossoms. Juicy, fresh and snappy on the palate. An elegant, round, organic and uncomplicated Spaniard, grown to over 1000 meters. The soils are made of red clay, the climate is very windy, mildew and sprays have no chance, they are simply blown away.
